When will my order ship?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive tracking details by email once your order ships.
How do I check my order status?
Click Track My Order at the top of our Help Center and enter your order number and email. You’ll also receive a tracking link via email.
How much does shipping cost?
Within the USA, shipping costs depend on your order value. Orders between $0–$19.99 ship for $7.50. Orders between $20–$49.99 ship for $5.00. Orders of $50 or more ship free. For Canada, we do not ship directly, but Saltverk salts are available throu
How long does delivery take?
U.S. orders typically arrive within 2–4 business days after shipping. Delivery to Alaska and Hawaii may take longer.
Do you ship to PO Boxes or APO addresses?
Yes. We ship to PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses, though delivery may take longer.
Do you ship internationally?
At the moment, we only ship within the USA. For Canada, Saltverk salts are available through Amazon.ca. We are currently working on better solutions for the EU.
What if my package is marked delivered but I didn’t receive it?
First, check with neighbors or household members. If still missing, contact us within 7 days of the delivery scan and we’ll help resolve it.
How do holiday seasons or promotions affect shipping times?
During busy periods, processing and delivery may take longer than usual. If you haven’t received tracking within 5 business days, contact us.
How do merged orders work?
If you place multiple orders close together, we may combine them into one shipment to reduce packaging and emissions.
