What is your return policy?
Because salts are food products, we generally cannot accept returns of opened items. For unopened products in original condition, contact us within 14 days.
What if my product arrives damaged?
Email [email protected] within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
How do I start a return?
Use the Return Request Form in our Help Center. If eligible, we’ll provide instructions and issue a refund once the product is received.
Do you cover return shipping costs?
Saltverk covers return shipping for damaged, defective, or incorrect items. For other eligible returns, the customer is responsible for shipping costs.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after receiving the return and will be issued to the original payment method.
